Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Rankable ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rankable ("we," "us," "our").

2. Service Description

Rankable is an AI-powered SEO page builder. You provide your business details; we generate and host SEO-optimized web pages designed to help your business appear in search results. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated SEO landing pages based on your business information
  • Hosting of your published pages on our infrastructure
  • Ongoing SEO optimization and page updates
  • Performance reporting

3. Subscription and Billing

Rankable is offered as a monthly subscription at $49 per month. Your subscription is billed monthly to the payment method you provide. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel. You're responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@rankable.solutions. Upon cancellation:

  • Your pages will go offline within 24 hours of cancellation
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period
  • Your page content will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate

5. No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings. Rankable generates SEO-optimized content using best practices, but we have no control over Google's or any search engine's ranking algorithms. We will never promise, guarantee, or imply that you'll achieve a specific position in search results — including "rank #1 on Google." Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, domain age, and algorithm changes. Results vary.

6. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain ownership of your business information, brand, and any original content you provide to Rankable (business name, descriptions, location, services).

Generated content: Rankable retains ownership of the HTML, templates, and generated page structures we create. We grant you a license to use your hosted pages while your subscription is active. This license terminates upon cancellation.

By providing business information to Rankable, you grant us a license to use that information to generate and host your pages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rankable to create or host pages that:

  • Contain illegal content or promote illegal activity
  • Constitute spam or mislead users about the nature of your business
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Involve deceptive business practices, false advertising, or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Target or exploit minors
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKABLE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rankable and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you provide; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for service interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree to updated Terms, cancel your subscription before the effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
