Information you provide:

• Name and email address when you sign up
• Business information entered through the page builder (business name, target keywords, location, services)
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

Information collected automatically:

• Browsing behavior on our site via the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 1299053819076355), including pages visited and actions taken
• Standard web analytics data (referrer, browser, device type, IP address) via Polsia's analytics infrastructure
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see "Cookies" section below)

How We Use Your Information

• To create and host your SEO pages
• To process your subscription payment via Stripe
• To send transactional emails related to your account and subscription
• To measure and improve our advertising (Meta Pixel)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the product
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate Rankable:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising and conversion tracking via the Meta Pixel. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Polsia — hosting, infrastructure, database, and analytics services that power Rankable. Data is processed on Polsia's infrastructure in the United States.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

• Advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, then delete it. Business page content associated with cancelled accounts is removed within 30 days of cancellation. Billing records may be retained longer as required by applicable law.

Rankable is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Rankable after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
