Inwood needed a serious coffee shop. So we opened one. Dyckman Coffee Co. is the specialty coffee shop in Inwood that sources single-origin beans, trains every barista on dialing in espresso, and actually cares whether your flat white is balanced. We're on Broadway, two blocks from Isham Park — the kind of place you come back to every morning.
Our Coffee Program
We rotate single-origin espresso on a 3-4 week cycle, sourcing from importers who pay farmers 30-40% above commodity pricing. Our current offering is a washed Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia — stone fruit, floral, clean finish. Ask your barista what's on rotation when you come in.

- Cortado — $5 · equal parts espresso and steamed milk
- Cappuccino / Latte — $5.50 / $6 · 12oz, silky microfoam
- Flat White — $6 · third-wave style, ristretto base
- Pour-Over — $7 · Chemex or V60, your choice of single origin, brewed to order
- Cold Brew — $5.50 · 18-hour steep, served over ice or with oat milk
- Seasonal Lattes — ask the board · rotating house syrups, no artificial flavors
- Matcha Latte — $6.50 · ceremonial grade, oat or whole milk
Oat, almond, and whole milk available. No upcharge for non-dairy.
Food & Pastries
We partner with three local bakeries — all within 10 miles. Morning pastry delivery runs at 6:15am. We carry croissants, morning buns, banana bread, and gluten-free muffins. Hot food options include avocado toast on sourdough, bagels with housemade schmear, and rotating breakfast sandwiches on weekends.

We designed the space for real laptop work — not the kind where you feel guilty after 90 minutes. Free Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets along the wall, long tables and quiet corners. We ask that you order every 90 minutes during peak hours (8am–noon weekdays). That's the only rule.
Private meeting space is available to reserve for groups of 4–8 — two-hour blocks, $30, includes a coffee and pastry setup. Email hello@dyckmancoffee.com to book.
