How We Work
Step one is always a free on-site estimate — we come to your home, assess the scope, and give you a fixed-price written proposal within 48 hours. No line-item games. The number we quote is the number you pay unless you change the scope.
We pull all required NYC DOB permits on your behalf. Our crews are W-2 employees — not random day labor. Every project is supervised by a licensed foreman, and we carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. You get copies of both before we start.
